Terms of Service for Commissions

Below is summarised version of the ToS.1. Commissions are not first come first served. Be kind and stay in contact while the commission is being worked on. Read the full ToS document to know your rights as a client.2. Prices are in AUD and Stripe is the preferred payment method. Invoices should be paid as soon as possible (preferably within ~48 hours). Don’t haggle.3. Reference images are required. Changes can be made during the rough sketching phase. After that phase, there are fees for big or complex changes that require redrawing a lot of the commission. Don’t ghost the artist, Tenseki. Ghosting could the commission could get cancelled. Max turnaround is 3 months.4. Commissions are for the client’s personal use only - you don’t get the copyright to it. Don’t try to profit off commissioned work. Don’t try to use commissioned work for scams or illegal things (eg; N/F/T/s, machine learning).5. Refunds are based on how much work on the commission has been completed and the type of commission. The artist, Tenseki, can repurpose cancelled commissions.6. Lastly, please act appropriately and don’t breach the ToS.
